The shop has 2 members of staff that conduct day to day sales six days a week, from 7AM to 6PM and half day on Sundays.
Low Budget Grains wholesale also has one marketer, in charge of going around town to try secure new customers, such as hotels, restaurants and caterers. The marketer carries samples of the high quality grain on offer when they go seek new customers.
Low Budget Grains also has a driver who does deliveries between 6AM and 8PM, 7days a week as per customer demand. It uses a borrowed vehicle from well wishers.
Lastly, Low Budget Grains has a grains specialist, who receives grains at a warehouse situated in Kanengo Industrial area, Lilongwe. The specialist carries out quality control, and ensures certain grains that need processing are processed and delivered to
the shop. The specialist is also in charge of sourcing high quality grain, liaising with suppliers, liaising with transporters and ensuring the grain makes it safely to the shop.
