Little Weavers LW-Wear Africa is a child-inspired Afrocentric family brand

Little Weavers is an Afrocentric fashion brand that caters for aspiring families that enjoy simple, colourful and fun African attires.

In 2011, LW was inspired by two gorgeous girls that dressed stylishly in the same Ankara fabric (aseobi) with their father to a celebrity wedding in Lagos and stole the hearts of young parents and seniors. This singular act inspired the founder to sell a few pieces at a school funfair which generated significant sales and positive feedbacks on an underserved market for bespoke retail African outfits for both children and parents.

The brand name was birthed in 2012 with three brilliant minds in a family garage. LW launched fully in 2013 and currently has a factory and flagship store located in Purple Maryland Mall, Ikorodu Road.

The LW journey has inspired the founder to set up little fashion projects like H.E.Y ( Heritage Education for Youths ) to engage and encourage youths on African Lifestyle through fashion and entrepreneurship
