Team
KKL have a small but effective team. With the exception of Co-Founder Simon (British) all team members are Kenyan. We have females team members at all levels, Co-founder, CFO, Lead designer, site supervisor. The core team then manages teams of casual and contract workers. From this pool of great people we source the future FTE and leaders. At the beginning of 2021, we had a casual worker who approached us for casual work on a site, he has very committed and capable, we found out he had a degree. We are working with him to build his experience and confidence, he is currently running one of or sites, managing a team of artisans and casual workers. We love those stories and look forward enabling many more people to realise their true potential.
