“KUI TAI Catering ” exists to provide a healthier food alternative to its customers. All poultry meat, eggs and Vegetables are harvested fresh daily from our farm. In addition, our range of menu incorporates healther cooking methods such as an air frying, steaming, boiling, blanching, Poaching, charcoal rotisserie and smoke. We engage the local community in terms of hired hands for our farm and kitchen operators and as such contribute directly in raising the socioeconomic standards of our employees family. In the future we hope to expand our market base and to create more employment opportunities for our local community. Furthermore, a shift to biofuel utilization and to be 100% self sufficiency is the ultimate goal.
