Kollynikky Simplifying the sourcing process for sewing supplies & textiles

Bayas is a B2B e-commerce platform that enables fashion designers and retailers in rural and secondary cities to buy sewing supplies and textiles from the convenience of their stores. More than 2 million fashion entrepreneurs spend 16 hours per road trip to buy these supplies from the offline markets and the process is stressful, time-consuming, and expensive.

To validate our assumptions, we started a pilot in a small rural community in Ogun state, Nigeria about 3 months ago. We’re growing 10% WoW, having processed 30+ orders. In the last 1 year, we’ve onboarded more than 5k users who are currently on our waiting list. We have also secured a letter of intent from a major fashion house in Lagos, Nigeria.
