Many pupils are idle when they get home, making reading something that only happens in school. After they leave school, they do not engage in reading. This leaves them out of information that is disseminated via print media. By creating a library and technology hub, they can engage in out-of-school reading, enabling them to access more knowledge and opportunities. The users can then be charged a small fee (20/= to 50/=) that allows them to come often, making the business never-ending as the same information can be accessed by many people, each having been charged.
