Kanji Poultry Services is sole proprietor type of business owned by Mrs Pethias lzukanji Simbaya, began its operations in 2020 with mainly village chicken production and was dully registered as a business with PACRA in 2021. We rear free range chickens and adding up layers in September this year.We are located on plot number 1051 East Park Kapiri Mposhi. We are in the poultry value chain.
As Kanji Poultry Services we have realised that most people in our communities keep back yard chickens but on a small scale and mostly for consumption. With the coming of improved village chickens breed,we have come on board to teach farmers on how they can keep these birds through the basic poultry management practices,and how they can also earn a living through this venture.From 2019 when we started operations we have trained over 100 farmers both physical and online resources.We also offer incubation services to those that want their eggs hatched,since these chickens do not sit on their eggs.
