Juntas’ founder team is conformed by Gabriela Delgado (Co-CEO), María José Tamayo (Co-CEO) and Antonella Lavaggi (CMO). María José is always searching for creative solutions to social issues. She studied Business and furthered her education in Interaction Design. Her work experience includes being a product owner at the innovation lab in an insurance company and designing services experiences in the retail industry. Antonella is a curious individual who constantly looks to nurture her knowledge. Her work experience includes customer experience, brand creation, and marketing, which helps her manage our community and social media strategy. Gabriela is passionate women’s equality and inclusion. She studied International Business and specialized in social entrepreneurship. She has experience in the health sector and in a social innovation Lab developing projects for mining, fishing, and insurance companies using behavioral science and design thinking principles.
