Sasha over 25 years in the technology space, with a successful exit in the InsurTech space, and Kelly with over 20 years experience in the Recruitment Industry.

This powerful female duo have created a Future of Work business, that offers business the ability to hire in minutes! Ensuring that even the start-ups can hire quickly and effectively ensuring business survival. Job Crystal started in 2009, bootstrapped their way until 2020 where they developer Crystal, the AI recruiter. Launched into South Africa in 2022, where the growth has been phenomenal, and having launched the same AI into the United Kingdom in 2024. Plans are seeing Kenya and Zambia and to ensure Job Crystal makes a dent in unemployment in Africa.
