Public transportation in Lesotho is male-dominated and largely unsafe for young girls and women. It is cash driven which puts taxi drivers and owners at risk for robbery and Covid-19.

Our solution is a digital ticketing system for public transport in Lesotho that enables passengers to make contactless and traceable digital payments to minibus drivers.

Such a solution protects girls and women from abduction and protects taxi operators from embezzlement, theft, and covid infections.
