IHT maintains a very lean and focused structure currently and there are plans to increase the resources by appointing highly skilled personnel into positions as and when needed. This is very specific to the growth of the business in Southern Africa. At IHT, we believe that youth development is essential to helping the youth of South Africa succeed in life. IHT will ensure that there are constant opportunities for youth to develop skills and these are just some of the ways that youth development can change South Africa for the better. At IHT , we also aim to facilitate educational and employment opportunities for women to break the cycle of disadvantage and poverty and reduce their potential dependency on the State.
