My production team are contract staffs, why I have two female administrative full-time staff.
I only engage them when there is a job that requires their services and they can be paid from it after the job is completed.
This is due to the fact that I cannot afford full-time professional staffs for now until iMEDIA.proefx can foot that bill.
But I get them involve in training exercise both Virtual and physical.
