My business is into Pepper processing, specifically Habanero pepper, popularly known as Cameroon Pepper or Ghana Pepper in the South East, South West and South South regions of Nigeria. We tackle the problems associated with glut, post-harvest losses and food wastage by increasing the shelf-life of perishable food commodities (pepper in this case) employing the use of standard food processing methods which reduce the water content and forecloses the possibility of microbial contamination.
