I am a socialpreneur. I support young FEMALE millennials, aspiring, studying or working in the HAT (Hospitality,aviation and tourism) sector to visualise their career potentials and oppourtunities. To also contribute to close gender diversity gap.

I do this mentoring them,sharing information, linking them to Professionals online and offline,and exposing them to trainings online,to build needed set essential and transferable skills, to discover also self-worth and fulfilment. Besides , develop employability skills.

The potentials of this initiative is wide- this FEMALES will get economic independence, empowered and employable or start their own business with the knowledge and skills acquire within this mentorship program. Its kind not existing for these group of females.

This initiative also is helping to reduce mental poverty
