Home Space is a technology platform for background checks for casual and gig workers in emerging markets. We collect the candidate’s information via an app and run ID validation, reference check calls and validate their certificate of good conduct and pass on the information as a report to the candidate’s employer. We are attempting to solve the problem of trust for low skilled labor. In addition to helping build trust, we act as a custodian for verifiable and transferable assets for these same casual and gig workers; Making it seamless for them to access these critical documents and for employers to pull them from our trusted database. Lastly, we will host a services marketplace for these same casual workers when they are not in active employment and available for gig work.
