HelaAgri Financing progress, fueling innovation

● HelaAgri was incorporated in April 2024 and started operations in May 2024.
● The Company provides financing in the agri sector and started by providing input financing to smallholder farmers that have a buyer/anchor firm/off-taker.
● Since inception Hela-Agri has provided financing to 177 farmers for inputs, water infra and farmer management services currently geolocated in the Mt. Kenya area.
● We have an agreement with the off-taker and carry out a cost benefit analysis to analyze the agri-value chains margins using different scenarios to assess risk.
● We are in the process of developing a platform, to leverage on technology to efficiently provide the aforementioned products and services aimed at scaling aggregation supply of inputs and agri-produce to markets.
