We collaborate with entrepreneurs and convenience food producers (in a B2B business model) to generate products that offer unique values in nutrition (with + protein), sustainability and community action. Keeping the flavors and textures that ensure a pleasant consumption experience.

We do it as suppliers of the Harina Griyum: A protein ingredient (65% protein) with aromas and neutral flavors that give you versatility.
Made entirely with edible grillo, the most sustainable protein on the planet (according to FAO). Elaborated in community with a family of 25 rural producers of Guanajuato and Querétaro. To those of us who extend our primary production technology, we train them and give them technical assistance to join our network of suppliers.

Processed in plant certified with FSSC 22000. Ideal for adding protein to cookies, breads, tortillas, pastas, practically any convenience foods.
