Greenline Africa’s team has extensive experience in the solar thermal industry in South Africa having completed 5 large projects in the Hospitality sector. Subsequently GLA has signed a framework agreement with Absolicon Sweden to acquire the rights to manufacture and implement solar thermal heating cooling and water treatment solutions in Sub-Saharan Africa. Absoliocn SA is wholly owned by the Directors of GLA which will offer energy as a service to various industry’s throughout Africa who currently use fossil fuels for heating and electricity for cooling. The cost of making the T160 collector in Southern Africa will be half of the cost of importing from Europe. At the same time we will create 16 and 20 new jobs just for the production line process.
Our goal is to roll out large scale thermal plants in industry across Sub-Saharan Africa ensuring that CO2 emissions will be reduce on scale.We have recently signed a LOI with AB InBev to implement a 40 000sqm system in Mozambique.
