GradPro is an online platform targeted at graduates, professionals and HR consultants. The platform connects these graduates and professionals with HR specialist through algorithms detection.
Professionals and graduates will create a profile with full stack of qualifications, skills and experience they possess. AND HR will also post a position with key requirements and skills required for the position. The system will work on the back-end, the algorithm will compute and when it detects candidates who meet all the specifications of the position posted by the HR manager it’s a MATCH-UP. The two parties will be notified immediately and an instant chat window will popup where further discussions can be conducted. At the same time an option to make a video call will also display on screen should the HR like to speak to the candidate immediately. The platform will be developed on couchbase, an open source platform to create offline applications.
