Team
We are a team of young entrepreneurs from IESE MBA program with passion for sustainability and with a strong belief in leaving a cleaner future. The team members include Dorian Heyndrickx (Director of Sustainability), Ines Serra (Project Manager & Operations Director), Sofie Dejaegher (Director of Farming & Biochar), Craig McNally (Finance Director) and Vinoshen Vinayagam (Sales & Marketing Director). Between us, we share more than 35 years of experience in various industries, ranging from agriculture to energy.
