Team

Currently, I have provided an employment opportunity for my mother who works as Acting Chief Communications Officer. After losing her job in 2017 and at the age of 54, she had struggled to get employment, yet she has over 20 years of administrative and HR experience, plus key industry connections due to her affiliation with the Eswatini Poultry Association. In the brief period of employing her, she helped me establish key poultry supply contracts with large corporations, meaning that I was able to disrupt the market and gain profitability from the onset.

Beyond her, I am assisted by two Field Operators who help me manage the poultry sheds, and I am preparing to begin crop production. I also turn to my father for advice on occasion as he has over 30-years of agronomy experience, and 12 years of business experience. However, I am the primary executive leader of the business as it is a registered small Sole Trader.
