The Community Ambassadors Foundation (FEC) is a non-governmental non-profit organization that implements youth empowerment programs aimed at adolescents who live in exclusion contexts in order to improve the beliefs of young people about their own value as well as their ability to modify their lives and their environment.
Through our Ambassadors Program, young people from different communities of Caracas/Venezuela are formed Saturday through Saturday in soft skills such as oratory, negotiation, research and leadership while complementing their school knowledge in areas such as geopolitics, history, and even the sciences, acquiring knowledge in law and economics to participate in United Nations Models. Young people at the end of the program end up being better prepared for school and university reality as well as having greater skills to lead change processes in their communities.
