We source peanuts from women groups in Busia County, Western Kenya at a fair market price and process into peanut butter which we hygienically pack in 40 gram sachets. The product is sold to the base of the pyramid (BOP) market to bridge nutritional gaps in young children and mothers who consume it in porridge, as a bread spread, as a snack and cooked in traditional vegetables.
In 1.5 years since we started selling, the product has had very good reception and our production capacity is always catching up on sales due to the capacity of our current machines.
