Operating across multiple agro-ecological zones in Kenya, ForestFoods produces nutrient-dense vegetables, herbs, eggs, essential oils, teas, timber, and value-added products through highly diversified agroforestry systems that restore soils, increase biodiversity, and reduce dependency on synthetic inputs.

Our nucleus farm model combines primary production with cold chain, processing, traceability, training, and future outgrower integration — creating a scalable regenerative supply chain rather than a conventional farming business.

ForestFoods currently supplies premium retailers, restaurants, hospitality partners, and direct consumers through its webshop while expanding into value-added products and farmer integration systems across Kenya.
