My story started with my first pregnancy (2016) which made me reflect on the health impact of the consumed foods. Quickly realized that it is very difficult to eat quality food during the year, has begun my adventure in developing recipes by dehydration and freezing. Launched in 2019, Flavorya brings to market a series of low-temperature dehydrated vegan products with the goal of added nutritional value: more than 25 kinds of fruit rolls, sweet and salty sprouted seed crackers, local and exotic fruit chips. Despite the strong competition and due to the team experience and work, we managed to identify that quality products and good design influence the consumer’s choice. We tend to develop a sustainable value chain business that will have a positive human, economic and environmental impact. As a startup we have many challenges but also many aspirations that make us move forward. We are open to all kinds of collaborations to contribute to positive change.
