Since the pandemic, customer payment needs have constantly evolved, with a lot of them moving away from cash-based payments, but most African businesses do not have efficient digital payment systems that accommodate the needs of these customers. Our focus is on businesses performing transactions of at least $240 daily charging them a 0.5% fee. Since we launched Figo Payment in October 2021, we’ve completed more than 2000 transactions operating in Nigeria, Providing exciting features like split payment, request payment and payment APIs TO OUR CUSTOMERS. we’re seeking $1 million in pre-seed funding to reach a million Africans and provide digital payment systems for 100,000 African businesses in our first year.
