Victor Masumba is the director of technical operations,i studied and graduated in Agricultural Engineering from the Natural Resources Development College,the technical know how i acquired through the training best equips me with the ability to understand the engineering exercises agriculture calls for ,to increase production and productivity ,the farming process had to be mechanized,these also increases profitability and efficiency and makes farming a more interesting venture.
With the development of wind turbines and introduction of farm connect,the need of an agriculture engineer is one thing that can not be looked out ,Majoni Mulenga who studied Agricultural Business Management from Natural Resources Development College(NRDC) ,also a certificate in Marketing and Entrepreneurship,and Business Administration is well positioned to take the firm to greater highest.He is the marketing and financial director.
