GALS – Growing Agribusiness Livelihoods with Smallholders is our solution that aims at economically empower rural farmer self help groups. We moblise, organise rural youth and women who are intrested in agribusiness, into common intrest groups, increase their institutional capacity, and improve their productivity along their prioritised value chain. In summary we: Identify, Train, Connect, Fund, Enable, and Celebrate these agripreneurs. The aim is to transform farmer self help groups into agribusinesses, as a stratergy for creating more and better employment for rural youths and women.
