At EM Farms, we work with farmers to off-take their farm-produce, add value to the produce by processing and then leverage technology to deliver food items to customers at their homes. Our strategy is built on growing the consumers confidence in the quality of the food they consume using traceability features of blockchain. Our business is to serve convenience, time-to-value and access to healthy/ hygienic food in boxes.

Our potential to grow in the market is high. Our beachhead market in Sub-Sahara Africa has a population of 200 million people. 95% of meat, fish and other food items consumed here are prepared in very unhygienic conditions. With the growing middle class population, the business case is supported by Increasing health / environmental concerns associated with the current practice. EM Farms wants to raise $1m investment to scale our business model with a promise of between 25 to 45% ROI. Our competitors struggle to meet growing market demand for healthy food items.
