The apartment has the natural calming effects; relaxing with a breathtaking sea view and watching ships sail and dock. Elna’s Haven is suitable for business travelers, holidaymakers and family retreats. Elna’s Haven offers mental refreshment, value for money, space and comfort and a stress buster. The tourism industry is beginning to regain a footing and this creates an opportunity to grow the business. At the height of the pandemic, between March and July, the occupancy rate was 52%. The occupancy rate increased to 85% Covid, we have since sustained an occupancy rate of 90% and have opened a second apartment who’s occupancy rate currently stands at 78%. Our apartment stands out not just because of the beauty but the customer service. This is evident in the online reviews. We have now broken even.
