EFISHient ProteinE-Fishient Protein was born out as joint venture between BioMeat FoodTech and the Volcani Institute of Israel. It develops cultivated fish meat to find a sustainable solution for the demand of fish meat and the ecological imbalance that is created from over-fishing.
