EcoGen Bio-Energy Integrating biogas technology and sustainable agriculture to reduce food shortage and climate change

EcoGen empowers farmers to be productive in their value chain through financing and providing them the technology to convert the available farm waste into renewable clean energy and high quality biofertiliser to use it for cooking and running farm machinery as well crop production respectively. Our technology helps farmers from rural communities to save over 450USD every year, the money they could spend on un sustainable cooking fuel (charcoal, wood fuel etc.) and chemical fertiliser. Since actual operations in 2020; EcoGen has installed over 80 biogas systems , supporting over 3000 people with access to clean energy, waste management and high quality biofertiliser.
