The super food (black garlic), it arises from the need of a family member who suffered arthritis and starts of diabetes, we opted to consume natural products since the drugs did not have much effect starting to damage the kidneys, then started the treatment with fresh garlic, although it was very good, had no pleasant taste, then came up the idea of the black garlic to process and consume it. The black garlic was much better in taste and healing properties, so the idea of producing the food to help people suffering the same diseases among others, in a natural way, thus promoting both the consumption of national product and the agricultural production of the sector.
