e-safiri is developing electric charging stations for 2&3 wheelers to help increase adoption of e-mobility for commercial use in an effort to reduce carbon emission in the transport sector. Petrol and diesel powered 2&3 wheeler each produce 57.5g/km of C02 emission while 4 wheelers produce 181g/km. If number of petrol /diesel vehicles reduced by 40% we will have reduced emissions by 133,000tonnes of CO2 emissions annually. This is what e-safiri aims to achieve.
We offer:
• SOLAR POWERED & GRID CONNECTED CHARGING STATIONS
• SWAP-&-GO (OPTION FOR 2 WHEELERS)
• UNIVERSAL PLUG IN
• E- PAYMENT OPTION
E-Safiri has identified the following opportunities in the Kenyan Market:
• Local companies are ordering up to $1Million worth of e-motorbikes
• Currently there are only 2 charging points; at the HUB Karen and TRM
• The Government has committed to transform transport sector into low-carbon efficient system
