Delight Kocho Water efficient food production for sustainable agriculture

I am Alemneh Teshale water and nutrition entrepreneur providing Ethiopian staple food-Kocho assortments using a ‘no-waste’ manufacturing process. I have more than two years of experience on Hydroelectric Projects as Technical Engineer, and four years of experience on intensive research based project: “Kocho Dough Extraction Plant Project”, which became social enterprise, Delight Kocho. The research was done from ‘July 2015 –June 2019’ under the general theme; “Adopting Integrated Water Resource Management Principles to Ensure Economically Resilient Smallholder Farmers”. I have been granted utility model certificate from Ethiopia intellectual property office in respect of my invention. I was among 10 young water fellows who were selected from 13 East Africa countries. I have been chosen as candidate for 2020 Mandela Washington Fellowship which will be held next year. I am looking for interested partners to grow my business and impact more lives.
