Our team consists of a CEO, culinary manager, social media manager and IT lead. Our CEO and Founder, Dr. Wanida Lewis is a food scientist with over 10+ years of experience working in the food industry in the United States and across the African continent. Crescendo’s culinary manager has experience working in food industry specifically working with restaurants and catering businesses by improving their food safety practices and recipe development. Both our IT lead, social media and culinary manager have experience working with small businesses in Ghana. Combined this team will be able to help small and medium sized food businesses scale.
