Congo Leadership Academy inspires and equips young people with the skills, information, and opportunities they need to meet the global challenges of our time.

Our strategy to reach this mission is twofold: First, empowering youth to deliver locally-driven responses to concrete challenges to prove that social entrepreneurship can compete with poverty; Second, starting a social entrepreneurship education in secondary schools to train future generations of leaders.

Our ultimate plan is to introduce a training program for talented Congolese youth that promotes virtuous leadership and teaches creative problem solving skills. This will equip young people to become dynamic, progressive leaders for the future. The network that forms around this training program will transform the latent potential of a new Congolese generation into a force for change at a local and national scale.
