We are a family microbrewery, which since our beginning we have had a great concern for the environment where we are located and from the beginning we have invested in different systems for the reuse and the good handling of our wastes. In our beginnings, the concern of brewing beer inside a national park was main, neither did it interest us to ruin our soils or water resources. It was worked on a circular production system where liquid waste is treated to then be dumped with its nutrients and thus be able to water and nourish the alfalfa pastures to feed our granado. As far as solid waste is concerned, we are trying to ensure that through a rotary furnace, that grain is dried and used for balanced food instead of being thrown into a landfill. The energy matrix of the company has been transformed, replacing 80% of the consumption by own solar production with 48 panels.
