Center for African Leadership Studies Fostering Leadership and Entrepreneurship

The Center for African Leadership Studies as well as its initiative xHub Addis were founded to foster entrepreneurship and leadership in Ethiopia and the continent. Isolated entrepreneurial skills can create much damage to our environment and society, but if combined with strong leadership skills, they can be a game-changer within our economic system. We have combined leadership and entrepreneurship training to empower sustainable organizations. As one of the first hubs in the Ethiopian ecosystem, we benefit from 10 years of experience and having worked with multiple partners such as USAID, the Jobs Creation Commission, the Ministry of Innovation and Technology, TVETs, Seed Forum Norway, UNDP, and more. We aim to solve real-world problems and have a strong international team to focus on the impact and change we achieve.
