For now, the team consists solely of me. Carne Sierra Nevada is led by its founder and CEO, Daniel Moreno Villaescusa, who holds the patent and is responsible for scientific, technical, and financial development. As a civil engineer with experience in agro-industrial innovation, I have personally invested in studies conducted at CIAD (Centro de Investigación en Alimentos y Desarrollo A.C.), in the processing and analysis of more than 20,000 meat samples, as well as in the acquisition of equipment and feasibility testing. My key strengths include strategic leadership, technical discipline, a vision for sustainability, and a commitment to the circular economy, which ensure institutional credibility and the ability to operate independently.
