Care 2 Communities Sustainable, quality healthcare for families in Haiti

C2C has created a pioneering model for community-based healthcare delivery in Haiti. Our network of clinics delivers affordable, high-quality primary care to over 70,000 people each year. We work in direct partnership with the Haitian Ministry of Health to deliver care sustainably: C2C’s local doctors, nurses, and clinicians provide a wide range of vital health services and our community clinics feature on-site lab and pharmacy facilities. Vulnerable patients receive the care they need, close to home. C2C currently operates 7 clinics in the northern region of Haiti; our clinics offer high-quality primary and preventive care, as well as specialty programs in maternal and newborn care, pediatrics, malnutrition treatment, and sexual and reproductive health and education.
