Africa needs to turn to agri-food processing. Today, quality is imperative for companies and they need to be ruled out on the market. Quality is also the field in which competition is played, so companies must demonstrate their ability to meet the normative and regulatory requirements to resist foreign and local competition. Africa needs quality structures to accompany, inspect, audit and certify agri-food products. The Six Sigma Office of Expertise is the structure for sub-Saharan Africa and sub-region.
