Africa needs to turn to agri-food processing. It is less technically equipped, so my company wants to contribute to the training, accompanied and technical assistance of Startups, TPE and small and medium-sized enterprises that are evolving to become involved in the quality process to bring safe and consumer-specific agri-food products to the market. Today, quality is imperative for companies and they need to be ruled out on the market. Quality is also the field in which competition is played, so companies must demonstrate their ability to meet the normative and regulatory requirements to resist foreign and local competition. Africa needs quality structures to accompany, inspect, audit and certify agri-food products. The Six Sigma Office of Expertise is the structure for sub-Saharan Africa and sub-region.
