Our innovation lies in combining climate-smart technology with functional nutrition to build a resilient, circular food system. We have developed a smart solar dryer equipped with sensors, weather integration, and real-time analytics to reduce post-harvest losses—an urgent need in the face of climate change. Simultaneously, we are pioneering Africa’s first moringa–cowpea-based texturized vegetable protein (TVP)—a low-cost, shelf-stable, plant-based protein tailored for vulnerable populations. By working with smallholder farmers through gender-inclusive, women-led agroforestry hubs, we grow drought-resilient crops and upscale them—while reducing food loss—into nutrient-dense products such as probiotic teas, TVP, and solar-dried food ingredients. Our integrated model combines hardware innovation, food formulation, regenerative agroecology, and digital traceability —creating a full-stack model that improves health, income, and resilience across rural Africa.
