The company Bodhi Foods Sarl is a Limited Liability Company (SARL) of three shareholders, and is managed by the Togolese shareholder KESIRE Yorou. BODHI FOODS, which specialises in the production, processing and marketing of organic products, committed itself in 2017 to the production and processing of the fonio which it certified in 2018 according to the EOS and NOP repositories. Our company supplies the more than 800 small producers grouped into 28 cooperatives on 25 villages and at the factory level 50 employees is mainly composed of women and young people.
