Blue Sea Real Estate Developer Construction and rental of residential properties

Blue Sea Real Estate Developer is a Real Estate start up company registered in Accra, Ghana on October 2021. The company focuses on building affordable housing to unsalaried and salaried individuals in Ghana. I have started by purchasing a small vehicle for delivering supplies on site. At the moment, we are looking to mold 10,000 blocks to start the construction projects. I have bought a full plot of land to be used for the production of quality construction blocks. The company ensures that quality cement (42.5) is used and 15 blocks molded out of a bag. The quality of the produced blocks can be seen in the pictures attached to this campaign. I have employed 4 youths from the community which I pay on a daily basis for work done.
