The business is dealing in fish production from fingerlings to grow out in Siaya County. The business also operates fish aggregation centres across Kisumu,Kakamega and Homabay Counties. The business support so many women both in farming and trading ie. offering market to farmers and consistent supply of fish to the traders, majority being women and even give credit to our trusted clients. The business is scaling up into large scale fish production as it eyes the export market. To reduce on the cost of production, it’s looking into producing it’s own feed which is a major cost in production covering 60%. To save on more cost, it’s planning to produce black soldier fly larvae using fish, market and hotel wastes as a source of protein ingredient which is the most expensive ingredient in animal feed production, to produce the fish feed. Production of black soldier fly larvae will help in waste management and production of frass, an organic manure used to farm fruits,crop, vegetables etc
