Bikema Academic Centre target students from low income families and we allow the parents/guardians to pay schools fees all through the term with whatever they have provided that by the end of the term they should finish paying. In additional to that we teach servant leadership which ensures that the students have the right morals. We discovered that we have corrupt leaders because many were not taught what leadership is about so we want to create a generation with the right mindset. We get teachings on leadership from teachings of the late Dr Myles Munroe, John Maxwell etc emphasizing much on character (integrity). We also teach financial literacy skills and entrepreneurship. We also focus on girls education looking at how behind our women are in terms of education. We started from a dilapidated building with 20 students and now we have grown to 200 students and occupying better premises. Resources permitting in the near future we would like to start teaching coding to our students.
