On the technology side, our flagship product is called Axis and it enables conversational commerce to take place. Axis combines audiences, communication tools like WhatsApp, Messenger, Voice, SMS, Email; and mobile payments (MPESA). This way businesses can transform how they engage with customers while increasing revenue through seamless payment processing.
