Baobab.Zone is building an economic operating system for emerging markets, starting in Namibia.

We begin with a lightweight, mobile-first classifieds app designed for low-end smartphones and limited connectivity. This solves immediate user needs and creates liquidity in underserved local markets.

On top of this, we introduce SaaS tools for SMEs, enabling small businesses to advertise, sell, and grow with affordable digital infrastructure.

As the platform scales, we integrate payments, financial services, and a participation-driven ownership model where users become stakeholders.

Our approach follows a clear path: classifieds → financial layer → ownership.

We are not building another app. We are building the underlying economic infrastructure for emerging markets.

Starting in Namibia as a testbed, with expansion across Sub-Saharan Africa.
