This is reflected by the increase of pre -marinated, ready-to-cook chicken products, which consumers can put straight in the oven without the struggle of defrosting and marinating after. We have tasted this product on our local market and we achieved substantial success in changing the type of chicken sold. This innovation therefore serves to create convenience in the consumption of chicken giving it more value and market opportunities while improving the shelf life and storage.
